The company taught and continues to teach a groundbreaking, scientifically-backed meditation practice that leads to more intimacy, connection, healing, and growth.

  • Who is the leader of OneTaste?

Anjuli Ayer is the CEO of OneTaste, a company founded on the principles of feminine power. More recently, she’s been the founder of the Institute of OM, the leading education institution for Orgasmic Meditation (OM) and the company behind The Eros Platform.

Co-founder of Flavor Pill, a digital media company, her early career was halted by a series of serious illnesses. After a multi-year journey of trying tens of healing modalities, both Western and non-conventional, she discovered Eros and OM and began exploring her desire. This exploration led to a steady practice in OM, a personal profound restoration of health and vibrancy, and a return to her career. Only this time, her career became dedication to the body of work and practice, which changed her life. Her mission is to provide all women the opportunity she was afforded along her journey.

  • When did OneTaste start?

OneTaste Incorporated was founded in 2004 by Nicole Daedone and Robert Kandell in San Francisco to bring the practice of Orgasmic Meditation and the philosophy of Eros into the world. What began as a community organization, with few classes and primarily consisting of deep practitioners of Orgasmic Meditation, began the transition in 2012 into a more formal business, offering instruction in Orgasmic Meditation.

The company eventually opened centers around the United States and later Western Europe. From 2012 to 2018, over 35,000 people attended OneTaste introductory events and courses.

  • What is the OneTaste stroking method?

An Orgasmic Meditation practice session begins with a set of predefined steps that lead up to one person gently stroking the clitoris of the other with their left index finger for 15 minutes. For the duration of the stroking period, both participants place their attention on the point of contact between the finger and clitoris while noticing what they feel. After the 15 minutes of stroking have elapsed, participants share a moment of sensation to integrate and digest the experience.

Orgasmic Meditation offers both participants access to a powerful state of mind using a sustainable, replicable, reliable, and relatively expedient method. Each step of the experience has been devised to provide safety and ease for both participants during the entire process.

In OM, practitioners train to harness the power of sexual energy to supercharge their meditation, allowing access to mental and physiological states that are most similar to the states reached by long-term meditators or experienced by individuals taking psychedelics. Research from MIT, Jefferson University, the University of Pittsburgh and others have demonstrated the profound impact and effectiveness of Orgasmic Meditation.
